1. Participants may enter to win by visiting any participating Circle K store within Flagler and St. John’s Counties (Florida). Scan the posted QR code and complete the entry form. Multiple entries are permitted.

2. Five winners will be randomly selected at the close of business on Friday February 17, 2023 and another five winners will be randomly selected at the close of business on Friday February 24, 2023.

3. Each winner will receive (2) tickets to the Blake Shelton concert on March 2, 2023 in Jacksonville, FL. Transportation to and from concert and/or accommodations are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating and/or accepting a prize, entrants and winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless Radio Station and Flagler Broadcasting, LLC, its sponsors and promotional partner(s) and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and the officers, shareholder, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of each of them (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Promotions. Station may also require eligible Promotion winner(s) to sign a liability release confirming such consent.

5. Participating in or winning in Station contest constitutes winner’s/winners’ permission for the station or its agents to photograph, file and record each winner, and to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, voice and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion or its Sponsors for purposes of trade, publicity, or promotion without additional financial or other compensation.
