PALM COAST — The IRS has concluded its investigation into New Way Christian Fellowship after a 2022 worship service featuring Flagler County School Board candidate Jill Woolbright.
Woolbright’s remarks, made during a church service, included references to “satanic warfare” and the importance of electing conservative, God-fearing board members.
Despite allegations that the church may have jeopardized its tax-exempt status by praying for a candidate, the IRS determined that the Palm Coast church will remain exempt from federal income taxes.
